If Update BIOS message shows:

Troubleshooting Steps
1. Remove the CMOS battery from your motherboard.
2. Leave it out for approximately 1 minute to allow the system to fully de-static.
3. Reinsert the battery and clear CSM in the BIOS settings.

or

Updating/Downgrading bios may get the same result

This process should help reset the motherboard settings properly.
